Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to remove and replace Asphalt Concrete (AC) pavement for approximately 50' on both sides of the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) crossing on US 395. The purpose of this project is to restore the pavement to good serviceable condition and extend the service life of the pavement.
