Replace the existing fence (approximately 2,700 linear feet) of black polyvinyl coated chain link fence at the Least Tern Natural Preserve located at the south end of Huntington State Beach. Current fence is reaching the end of its lifespan and is failing in several locations, reducing the efficacy and no longer serving its purpose of protecting nesting endangered California least terns and Western snowy plovers from predators and the general public.
