Document Description
The proposed project will include the removal and replacement of the hospital's existing built-up roofing with a new single ply cool roof that is a white shade and will cover almost 11 acres of roof surfaces. The project will also replace existing skylights with new high performance skylights, together with all new roof mounted air handlers and other mechanical equipment. The existing roof is about 25 years old; the reroof and replacement mechanical project will meet current standards of public health and safety.
