Document Description
Proposed development includes a single-family residence of 8,515 square feet (including 1,985 square feet of subterranean development for a recreation room and mechanical room) with an attached semi-subterranean 985 square foot garage, a detached 420 square foot guesthouse, and a pool. Retaining walls of approximately 6.5 feet in height are proposed. Grading for the proposed residential development would include 1,670 cubic yards of cut and 3,030 cubic yards of fill. Access to the home would be provided via a private driveway extending off of Hollister Avenue.
