Document Description
The proposed project will include the demolition, removal and replacement of existing 1-ply PVC roofing system, cover board (if any), rigid insulation, and built-up roofing. Eight skylights and existing roof drain boxes will also be removed and replaced. The current walkway surface will undergo maintenance as well. The roof is in poor condition and must be replaced to avoid significant failure that will lead to further damage.
