Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0163-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Greg Van Cleave. The project is limited to the relocation of 853 linear feet (2,559 square feet) of an existing unnamed tributary to Arroyo Seco on the western side of the property to accommodate for the widening of 8th Street East. The existing drainage will be filled, and associated vegetation will be cleared. The new drainage swale of approximately 868 linear feet (8,733 square feet) will include two 64-linear foot box culverts, each 4-feet by 2-feet. The new drainage swale will be vegetated with native riparian species.
