On April 16, 2025, Perris Planning Commission adopted Resolution 25-08, adopting an Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Report (Final EIR) of the Rider II and IV High Cube Warehouses and Perris Valley Storm Drain Channel Improvement and approving Major Modification 25-00003 for the conversion of the parking lot for passenger vehicles into an 85 space parking lot for truck trailers on the east side of the 39.51-acre site, based on the findings herein and subject to the Conditions of Approval.
