Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-33506-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, for the Project Applicant IDI Logistics as represented by Brian Caris. The proposed Project is limited to 1) widening the existing channel to a 550-footwide channel with 15-foot-wide access roads on each side; 2) deepening PVSD by approximately four feet; 3) excavating approximately 180,000cubic yards of soil from the floodplain and moving it by earth scrapers onto the Rider 2 and Rider 4 project site; and 4) replacing the existing Rider Street bridge over PVSD.
