Document Description
Caltrans proposes to construct roadside improvements by paving, installing maintenance vehicle pullouts, and upgrading impact attenuators. The purpose is to improve maintenance worker safety. The need is that maintenance personnel are exposed to freeway traffic and homeless biohazards. Beneficiaries are maintenance workers.
