Document Description
The State Water Board developed an Order to provide Water Quality Certification and Waste Discharge Requirements for large restoration projects. The Order is intended to expedite consultation and authorization of eligible restoration projects that do not qualify for coverage under the General Water Quality Certification for small habitat restoration projects.
