Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-53886-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, The Nature Conservancy. This agreement authorizes The Nature Conservancy to implement aquatic habitat restoration actions on the mainstem of Ten Mile River and Mill Creek. These actions include constructing side channels and alcoves, creating an off-channel wetland pond, installing large wood structures, modifying existing large wood structures, and removing sections of an existing levee.
