Under the PEIR for the SWRCB Restoration Projects General Order, MPRPD proposes to restore a 1-mile long section of the Carmel River, removing former golf course bridges and cement paths and lowering approximately 40 acres of surrounding land to be inundated by the river each year, restoring aquatic and riparian habitat.
