The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0128-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Thomas R. McCay. The project is limited to the placement of a 200 linear foot road/trail down the embankment, for access to the Yuba River. The road/trail will be cleared of vegetation (scrub and brush) and graded with a Cat 06 C.
