- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0211-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sarbjit Singh Thiara. The project is limited to the stabilization and reseeding of the banks of Best Slough, in areas where large trees and vegetation were removed, and caused erosion.
