Document Description
The purpose of the project is to clear vegetation around the Devil Canyon penstocks and surrounding roads to ensure access to the penstocks for routine maintenance and dewatering activities. Surrounding roads and staging areas will also be cleared of vegetation and graded as necessary to improve access to the site. Methods used to clear vegetation include mowing, weed whacking, and hand removal. Road grading will involve use of a grader to improve roads and staging areas.
