Document Description
The project would widen State Route 1 between post mile 10.54 to post mile 13.44 in the County of Santa Cruz and the City of Capitola to include auxiliary lanes and to accommodate bus-on-shoulder operations between the State Park Drive and Bay Avenue/Porter Street interchanges. The project also proposes to replace the Capitola Avenue overcrossing and build a new pedestrian and bicycle overcrossing at Mar Vista Drive.
