Document Description
The proposed project would redevelop an existing surface parking lot with 176 spaces (0.66-acres) with a new 27-story mixed-use residential building approximately 274 feet tall. The proposed project would total approximately 535,000 gross square feet (sf) and include 495 dwelling units, approximately 4,000 sf of commercial retail on ground floor, approximately 25,000 sf of open space, 178 parking spaces, 200 class 1 bicycle spaces, and 27 class 2 bicycle spaces.
