Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0411-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ryan Power. The project activity within 1600 authority involves the replacement of an onsite culvert to prevent further erosion control issues. This project is being conducted in relation to cannabis cultivation onsite where the stream crossing is used to access the cultivation area. The new culvert will have a diameter of 30 inches, will be 20 feet long, and will be buried approximately 15 inches below the surface. The applicant will use clean 3-inch gravel fill to bury the culvert. The culvert is designed to meet the 100-year flood event. Native species plantings within the channel will occur post-construction and will include planting grasses and shrubs of a local-genotype only. The applicant will conduct onsite restoration after completing the project.
