- This project will stabilize the retaining wall of the North Overlook on the Guy Fleming Trail, install a guardrail, replace the existing stairway with quarried stone steps and install a rock culvert to control the flow of storm water to support continued maintenance and use. Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.
