Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0222-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to AglS Capital, as represented by Rod Schaeffer. The project is limited to the installation of two 1 0" (inch) steel sleeves that will contain two 5" irrigation pipes. The sleeves will be installed by horizontal directional boring equipment and will eliminate the need for two existing low water crossings which will be abandoned and re-vegetated as part of this project.
