Re-grout behind all seal plates on 14 radial gates. shall include all instances of missing grout behind all seal plates. Work will be done by DRS Marine. All sealant and grout will be installed in a manner that no toxic substances will enter the waterway. Missing grout was discovered by a dive inspection last July.
