The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0684-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kristi Swift.
This project consists of the replacement of a failing retaining wall in the northwest quadrant of an existing bridge over Hayfork Creek, and the continued maintenance of riparian vegetation immediately under and surrounding the bridge which serves as the primary access to Permittee's parcel.
