The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 12, in cooperation with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), proposes capacity and operational improvements on State Route (SR) 55 in both directions from just north of the Interstate 5 (1-5)/State Route 55 (SR 55) interchange to just south of SR 91 between Post Miles 10.4 to R17.9 in the cities of Tustin, Santa Ana, Orange, and Anaheim in Orange County, California.
