Document Description
TVMWD will develop a new groundwater production well. Approximately 10,000 square feet of the approximately one-acre site will be developed with the well, a concrete masonry block building, a combination block wall/wrought iron fence along the perimeter of the site, paved parking area, and landscaping. The remaining approximately ¾ acre will be maintained with a combination of landscape and hardscape. In addition, the well will be connected to the existing water line in Grand Avenue through a new approximately 150 linear foot 8-inch water line. Ultimately, this water will be conveyed to TVMWD’s Miramar Plant and into the finished water reservoirs.
