This proposed project involves a minor amendment to Conditions of Approval 9 and 10 in the original ITP to allow the Permittee 18 months after the onset of project construction, rather than 18 months from the effective date of the original ITP, to complete the compensatory mitigation requirement. The amendment to the original ITP will not increase the impacts or mitigation as stated in the original ITP.
