The Carmichael Water District proposes the construction of a 3 million gallon water tank, booster pump station, site access improvements, and a connection to Sacramento County's drainage and flood control system. The existing water tank and booster pump station will then be demolished. Additionally, existing pipeline for potable water delivery will be replaced along portions of Robertson Ave., La Vista Ave., Fair Oaks Blvd., and Stanley Ave.
