Document Description
The applicant requests a Coastal Development Permit (CDP), Use Permit, Mobile Home Permit, and Grading Permit for the construction of a new 50 parking space RV park, plus a 1,291 sq. ft. shower and laundry building and landscaping, located on a legal 3.356-acre parcel (legality confirmed via Lot Line Adjustment: LLA94-0014). The construction of the RV park involves earthwork of 4,500 cubic yards of cut and 4,575 cubic yards of fill. No trees are proposed for removal. The project is located within the Cabrillo Highway (Highway 1) County Scenic Corridor. The project is appealable to the California Coastal Commission.
