The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0693-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants, Jim Edwards and Los Molinos Mutual Water Company. The project is limited to operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of water diversion facilities on Antelope Creek and maintenance of the New Creek Apron adjacent to the diversion facilities.
