Boulder Oaks Preserve Improvement Project

The Project proposes improvements to the Boulder Oaks Preserve in preparation of opening the preserve to the public for day use. Improvements would consists of development of new trails, maintenance of existing trails, staging areas, volunteer pad, private road improvements to improve emergency vehicle access, renovation/replacement of existing restrooms, utility upgrades, fencing, gates, signage picnic tables, benches and interpretive panels. The Boulder Oaks Preserve Improvement Project Draft MND was circulated for public review from September 12, 2019 to October 16, 2019. As a result of the public comments received from the circulation of the Draft MND, changes have been made to the environmental analysis, specifically, Section XX (Wildfire). Due to the changes made to this section of the Draft MND, Section XX (Wildfire) of the Draft MND is being recirculated for public comment.
