The proposed Project consists of a single-phase of development and would be located within previously developed areas in and around the existing Rolling Hills Casino site and parking area. The Project, including new construction and renovation, totals approximately 139,964 square feet and includes 65,541 sq. ft. of new construction and renovation of 74,423 sq. ft. of the existing casino.
