Document Description
The proposed Project consists of a single-phase of development and would be located within previously developed areas in and around the existing Rolling Hills Casino site and parking area. The Project, including new construction and renovation, totals approximately 139,964 square feet and includes 65,541 sq. ft. of new construction and renovation of 74,423 sq. ft. of the existing casino. The existing water system has 150 percent of the capacity needed to provide services to the proposed Project. The wastewater of the casino is currently being handled by an existing on-site Kubota water treatment system. Stormwater dention ponds are within the Reservation and most impacts of the Project will not affect the off-Reservation environment.
