lssue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Mendocino County to conduct geotechnical investigations in Sinkyone Wilderness State Park to facilitate the design process for a bridge replacement at Usal Creek. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
