Document Description
The project includes the removal and treatment of invasive non-native plant species, in particular tamarisk in the Tijuana River Valley. In addition to the invasive removal, a native riparian plant palette will be installed to restore the riparian habitat. Up to three interpretive signs installed In vicinity of the restoration.

The project qualifies for a CEQA exemption 15303 because it consists of installation of new accessory structures as well as Section 15333 because the habitat restoration will not exceed five acres In size to assure the maintenance, restoration and enhancement of habitat for plants and wildlife; the project wilt not have a significant adverse Impact on endangered, rare or threatened species of their habitat.
