The project is for the processing of a Right of Entry to the County of Los Angeles to improve the existing Parker Mesa low flow diversion facility located southeast of the intersection of Coastline Drive and Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu CA. The project is also the processing of a permanent easement with the County for long-term management of the facility.
