The Project is a Low Barrier Navigation Center at 2700 Meadowview Road. City of Sacramento City Council took various actions on September 24, 2019 related to the financing and design of the Project including establishing the Meadowview Navigation Center Capital Improvement Project (C15001000); suspending competitive bidding and authorizing use of a design-build project delivery method involving a qualifications-based solicitation for the design work; authorizing the establishment of revenue and expenditure budgets; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute a design-build contract with John F. Otto, Inc. up to $300,000 for preliminary design work for the Meadowview Navigation Center.
