Document Description
Caltrans proposes to install adaptive traffic signal modules at intersections along State Route 76 from postmile 5.8 (near Town Center Drive) to postmile 8.0 (near Melrose Drive) in San Diego County. Scope of work also includes coordinated flow configuration and fiber optic installation in existing conduits. No ground disturbance occur. All work will be within Caltrans right-of-way. The purpose of this project is to improve traffic congestion. This project is needed to synchronize and optimize signal timing and phasing.
