Description of Nature, Purpose and Beneficiaries of Project:
Need: The drainage systems at these locations are in critical condition which could result in significant damage to the
highway. Also, the systems require recurring maintenance which is now beyond what maintenance can repair in a timely
manner.
Purpose: This project will protect the highway from damage by restoring the drainage systems and reducing maintenance
requirements.
