Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1'600-2019~0142-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to PG&E. The Permittee propo$es to conduct vegetation removal along California State Route 92 within a gas pipeline right-of- way. The proposed project will remove a total of 60 65 trees and 65 60 bushes. The Streambed Alteration Agreement covers! the removal of 17 trees from approximately 100 linear feet of Pilaroitos Creek. The species of trees that will be removed include madrone, Aleppo pine., and buckeye.
