Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Stream bed Alteration
Agreement number 1600-2019-0141-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to PG&E. The Permittee proposes to conduct vegetation removal along California State Route 92 within a gas pipeline right-of-way. The proposed project will remove a total of 60 65 trees and 65 60 bushes. The Stream bed Alteration
Agreement covers, the removal of 15 trees along approximately 85 linear feet of unnamed creek and approximately 120 linear feet of Pilarcitos Creek. The species of trees that will be removed include cedar, Macnab cypress, willow, eucalyptus, and ponderosa pine.
