Document Description
On September 10, 2019, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the Placer County Director of Facilities Management, or designee, to execute eight Power Purchase Agreements and eight Site License Agreements with California Solar 3, LLC allowing installation, operation, maintenance and financing to construct solar canopy photovoltaic systems in the parking lots of the above-designated Placer County owned facilities and to authorize the Director of Facilities Management, or designee, to take all necessary actions to execute the agreements and complete the project, in substantial conformance to the agreements filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
