Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0186-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Marin Lagoon Homeowner's Association as represented by Robert Haar.
The project is limited to hydraulic dredging approximately 20,000 cubic yards of material from the 4.23-acre open water area of Marin Lagoon.
