Document Description
Issue a temporary Right of Entry Permit to Sacramento County to access the Delta Meadows Park Property to conduct a subsurface investigation on the levees managed by California State Parks. The purpose of the project is to gather data to identify locations in need of repair. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
