Remove limbs and trees along the boundary of Folsom Lake State Recreation Area that overhang a neighboring private property. The trees on State Parks' property are intertwined with trees on the private property and removal of Parks' trees and limbs will allow the private property owner to complete fuel clearance on their property and allow them greater use of their property.

Project consists of the minor alteration of existing topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond current levels, and the minor public or private alterations in the condition of land and/or vegetation which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry or agricultural purposes and is included as "resource management projects" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR § 15300.4.
