The Central Valley Water Board has determined that the Project is exempt from review under CEQA pursuant to Governor Brown's 17 January 2014 and 25 April 2014 Emergency Proclamations which order the waiver of the California Environmental Quality Act; and Executive Orders B-26-14, B-28-14, B-29-15, and B 36-15, which extend and modify the aforementioned Proclamations.
