This Notice of Exemption is for the encroachment of the applicant onto State Property in order to construct and conduct sampling on two groundwater monitoring wells and one soil vapor monitoring well. Installation and sampling activities will require the closure of the northern and southern shoulders of Highway 299.

Substantial environmental impacts will not occur due to project activities.
