The proposed project would replace utility distribution poles, install utility intersect poles, and replace primary overhead conductors within Caltrans Right of Way. NOE is for issuance of encroachment of project activities within State Right of Way. Standard safety measures will be implemented in accordance to Caltrans standards.

Project activities consist of a minor alteration in land use limited to areas with an average slope of less than 20%. This NOE is for the issuance of an encroachment permit. PG&E has determined project activities to be exempt from CEQA pursuant to Statutory Exemptions, Section 15269; Emergency Projects, subsections (b) and (c). Work is in support of PG&E's Wildfire Safety Plan. No adverse environmental impacts will occur.
