Project activities consist of a minor alteration in land use limited to areas with an average slope of less than 20%. This NOE is for the issuance of an encroachment permit. PG&E has determined project activities to be exempt from CEQA pursuant to Statutory Exemptions, Section 15269; Emergency Projects, subsections (b) and (c). Work is in support of PG&E's Wildfire Safety Plan. No adverse environmental impacts will occur.
