Class 3 - New Construction of Small Structures. The project is construction of a private accessory structure. No littoral vegetation will be removed. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats.
