Reasons for Exemption
Project consists of the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small structures included as "fencing" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR§ 15300.4; the minor alterations in the condition of land and/or vegetation that does not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees; and the maintenance, restoration, enhancement or protection of habitat for plants and wildlife in an area less than 5 acres in size.
