Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed an amendment for Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0400-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to City of Suisun City. The Project is limited to routine maintenance activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of stream channels and maintain the structural and functional integrity of existing flood control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams. Activities include minor vegetation removal; debris removal in streams sufficient to restore water flow; removal of hazardous man-made structures from water bodies for public safety and habitat improvement; maintenance of existing·structures and facilities; sediment removal; and weed management.
