The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-KER-53404-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Permittee Pastoria Solar Energy Company, LLC. The Project includes activities related to the improvement of four access roads and the installation of an underground cable at multiple locations within the greater Project area. The work is being conducted to facilitate the construction and operation of a 650-acre photovoltaic electrical generating facility.
